Our Approach
At the beginning of client relationships we meet to solidify financial goals, discuss preferences and risk tolerances, analyze financial information, review financial plans and investment portfolios, and provide specific recommendations. Ongoing, we typically can meet with Investment Management clients quarterly or as meets with the clients schedule to review investment results and with Financial Planning clients semi-annually to update their custom-made financial plans. Since many Financial Planning clients are also Investment Management clients, investment portfolios and financial plans are inter-related and often reviewed during the same meeting.
We encourage clients to ask questions and contact us about financial issues. We are accessible and easy to contact. We answer our own phones and promptly reply to voice mail and email messages. We communicate with Investment Management clients about their portfolios as circumstances warrant which can be frequent.
With the client’s permission we exchange information and in some cases coordinate work efforts with their other advisors, such as tax preparer and attorney, to make sure the client’s financial needs are met.
